Our Video’s can be  played  on this site in two formatsWindows Media – this is the older format type and the picture Quality is not as good as Flash But if you have a slow connection or it is a day that there is heavy internet traffic  (Saturday / Sunday) this may work better

 

M4V (flash Player) this is the same format that the BBC IPlayer uses and the picture and sound is a lot better but your connection speed should be 1000 kbit/s (kilobits per second)   at a minimum  but 2000 kbit/s (kilobits per second) or above is recommended. 1 Mbit/s  (megabit/s)  = 1,000  (kilobits per second)
